Project Name: CNG Supply Station with LPG Backup System for Viet Y Tile Factory – Thai Nguyen

Scope of Work Executed by COGAS:
- Design, construction, and installation of LNG/CNG/LPG stations
- Supply of CNG via tube trailers
- Design and installation of gas receiving and pressure regulating systems at the factory
- Supply of pressure gauges, flow measurement systems, and master flow meters
- Technical training and operational handover
- Periodic onsite supervision and maintenance of the gas system
Project Objectives:
- Conversion from coal to CNG to optimize fuel costs and enhance environmental protection
- Ensure safe and continuous operation of the tile production line
- Contribute to emission reduction and promote sustainable green manufacturing
CNG-LNG-LPG MIXED GAS SUPPLY STATION AT VIET Y TILE – THAI NGUYEN
In line with the energy transition trend and sustainable industrial development, on May 16, 2026, COGAS officially commenced CNG supply for Viet Y Song Cong Tile Factory (a branch of Grand Home Investment Group Joint Stock Company) in Thai Nguyen.
This project is considered a significant milestone, marking the beginning of the adoption of green fuel solutions in the local building materials manufacturing industry. It is also the first green fuel conversion project in Thai Nguyen, contributing to emission reduction targets, enhanced production efficiency, and environmental protection.
The project demonstrates the pioneering approach and strategic vision of both COGAS and GRAND HOME in the green transition movement, while reaffirming their commitment to sustainable development associated with environmental and community responsibility. The gas supply system has been synchronously invested and developed in compliance with strict technical and safety standards, ensuring a stable gas supply for the factory’s continuous production operations.
More than just an energy infrastructure project, it also symbolizes the transformation of the local industrial sector on its journey toward greener manufacturing — more modern, more efficient, and more environmentally friendly. At the same time, the project lays the foundation for expanding the clean fuel utilization model across industrial parks in Thai Nguyen and the northern midland and mountainous regions of Vietnam.
